Rihanna is being sued by her neighbor, Christian Moeller, who claims that she and her Los Angeles landlord, Stephen Yacobian, constantly have cars parked or waiting on his property. Moeller also claims a security camera installed at the home in the Hollywood Hills points onto his property. Yacobian says the lawsuit is “without merit” but wouldn’t comment further until he speaks to his attorney. Moeller is seeking unspecified damages for tresspass, invasion of privacy and other claims.

It was recently announced that Rihanna’s expected testimony related to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown’s assault charges will not be televised. She will most likely be called to the stand by prosecutors on Monday afternoon.

A conviction for two felony counts of assault and making criminal threats could land Chris in the slammer for up to four years and eights months.

Rihanna has helped Sugababes choose materials for the British group’s new album. “She’s been like our fourth member, listening to all our songs and saying what she liked and what she didn’t,” one of the Sugababes’ members Keisha Buchanan said.

Explaining how they end up receiving some advice from Rihanna, Keisha told Daily Star, “We keep missing Jay-Z.” She added, “Every time we’re gonna hook up he’s off partying with P. Diddy or someone, but Rihanna has been a huge help to us.”

Rihanna herself is currently working on her own album. Details about the record are still kept under tight wraps. But, recent rumor suggested that she works with Trina for a new song and will diss Chris Brown on it. Beside getting help from Trina, she was also said hitting studio with Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z and Kanye West.

Rihanna, who was allegedly assaulted by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, barely left the 22-year-old’s side as they flirted and frolicked at the bash before heading to the VIP section of nearby nightclub Greenhouse. A source said: “They were attached at the hip. They were definitely together, but really trying to be discreet.”
